Pre-production.
It all begins with an idea, but maybe the idea is so big you don’t even know where to start. Whether it’s video or photography, I can help with your roadmap. From advice, budget forecasting, producing, scripting, logistics/locations, casting, booking crew, arranging film permits, travel coordination, call sheets, studio & equipment hire, health & safety requirements, and talent contracts. The list is long and you can pick and choose how or what I help you with depending on the complexity of your project.
Production.
Production is a team effort, so let’s make your creative idea come together in the real world. I can either work alongside you on set or on your behalf. I cut my teeth in television with multi-disciplinary roles as a producer and a director, so I’m happy to wear either or both hats. On filming day my role is to make sure there’s good communication between departments and that the creative vision is being realised.
Post-production.
I put my editing tools down many years ago thankfully (I was in love with cheesy transitions), but I still care deeply about the craft of editing. I’ve sat in on hundreds of edits over the years, collaborating with the editor to get the big picture right. I add value by being your eyes and ears in the cutting room and putting your story or brand first. Through my network of trusted contacts, I can arrange editing, sound mixes, voiceover talent, motion graphics, animation, and music compositions. All the final touches needed to deliver work that you and your audience can get excited about.
